Who is responsible

What we store

• Your account:
  • email address and name
  • a password hash (never the password itself)
  • the metadata of your access tokens (name and dates; never the token itself)
  • the AI apps you have connected
• Your projects: the models with their full edit history, the analysis results and the DXF files you upload. The history records whether a change came from you or from a connected AI app. Other users cannot see your projects.
• Server logs: IP address, time and request path, kept for security and troubleshooting for [N] days.

This site (soilicon.com) sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The app sets only the cookie it needs to keep you logged in.

Why

To provide the service you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data or use your projects to train models.

AI apps

When you connect an AI app such as Claude, that app reads and changes the projects you give it access to. What the AI provider then does with that data is governed by your agreement with that provider. You can disconnect an app at any time in Connect your AI in the app.

Where

On one server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany or Finland). Backups are kept for 14 days. New versions are tested on a copy of the data on the same server, where only the administrator can log in. The administrator can technically read the database.

Your rights

You can export every project as JSON from the app, and you can ask us to correct or delete your account. Write to [contact email]. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in the Czech Republic, ÚOOÚ).
